American Fork Canyon Early Morning Meeting

The last two mornings I have been up early riding the trails in American Fork (AF) Canyon.  And by early I mean, 5:30 start on Tuesday morning and a 6am start Wednesday morning.  I think I will sleep in Thursday.

I know it is sad to say but this was the first time I have set foot or tire in American Fork Canyon in 2011.  I really should ride there more, but it is hard when the Payson Canyon goodness is so close.

The one thing that I enjoy about mountain biking in AF Canyon is getting together with friends and having a good group ride.  Oh and also the trails are pretty good also.  Well I won't lie, I have been left with a desire to ride more AF Canyon.

Here is a video from Wednesday morning's ride.  If you want to see a really good video of the same ride go look at Dug's.  He has cooler camera angles, better scenes, etc.  After all he does ride with a camera crew following him.
