Favorite Trails

You all have them, your "Favorite Trails to Ride." I use the word Trail(s) plural because I think it is just too hard to narrow it down to just one trail.

Trails can be so diverse from trail to trail.

1 - Shear sandstone ledges and walls of Moab
2 - High alpine pine forests
3 - Above the tree line
4 - Hard pack sand based trails on the coast
5 - Maple and Oak lined foothills
6 - Loamy Santa Cruz or North Western Trails
7 - etc., etc., etc.

So with that said here are my top six trails that I like to ride. Six trails instead of 5 just because six is a round number and it is one more than five. The order could be switched as to which trail would end up on top of the list depending on the time of year. I also understand the some of your/my favorite rides are a combination of a couple trails. But for starters lets keep it to one trail. Meaning if you like the ridge trail 157 and joyride combined, pick one.

1 - Bennie Creek, Payson Canyon, UT
2 - Joyride, American Fork Canyon, UT
3 - Sovereign Single Track, Moab, UT
4 - Burro pass, Moab, UT
5 - Mailbox, Santa Cruz, CA
6 - Mid-Mountain, Park City, UT

Trying to think of 5 trails is fairly difficult. I have many other trails that I love spinning around in my head. So many trails in fact that why not another list.

How about favorite locations to ride mountain bikes. Once again only 6.

1 - Payson Canyon, UT
2 - Park City, UT
3 - Fort Ord/Toro Park, CA
4 - Santa Cruz, CA
5 - American Fork Canyon, UT
6 - Moab, UT

So with that said, what are your favorite 6 trails and favorite 6 locations to ride?
